Indicate really early to be able to change lanes in time.
In each case, there is some checking to do.
RM SM S means Rear Mirror, Side Mirror, Signal.
RM SM B means Rear mirror, Side mirror, Behind/Blind spot. This should take 3 seconds to be sure your indicator/ signal was on for 3 seconds.
When you change lanes or turn on a long stretch of road, you should RM SM S, RM SM B then start to move. All of this I will call "LONG CHECK"
RM SM S only (on very short roads)
I'll call "SHORT CHECK"
Move the car over SLOWLY to the other lane.Ê You shouldnt feel the car lean or jerk. Also, move the car to completely the right side of the lane cause you will be turning right.
The car should be in the lane 30m before the turn. You should've changed lanes to the right so mover the car AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE to the right but dont touch the white line with your wheels.
Check for oncoming traffic and traffic in the road you will turn into.
