Passing time in the Cafe

There's a great Restaurant/cafeteria on the ground floor. You can order lunch between 11:00 and 2:00, or you can buys snacks at the convinience kiosk down there.  Lots of vending machines too... You can also buy "Tochigi Police" pens and other souveniours... Just remember to get back in time!
